A cider unlike anything you’ve ever tasted, Deep Water brings the natural fruit flavors of Fair Play Zinfandel to the forefront in this unique cider-wine co-ferment. Consisting of 15% locally sourced Zinfandel and 85% locally sourced El Dorado County cider, Deep Water is bursting with flavors of dark cherry and black tea, wrapped in fresh, zippy acidity and absolutely NO residual sugar. Aged for 12 months in Old French Oak barrels.
